In deciding to change your life by undertaking the hCG diet, you must now decide what form or what protocol you will use. Will it be hCG injections or nasal spray? Going on a low calorie diet for so many days is a serious pursuit and it is important to choose the right product, Certainly the best product available.

To compare both products in an effort to establish the better choice between hCG injection and nasal spray, look at the old proverb about building a better mousetrap. All the world wants to build a better mousetrap, but half of those attempting think that taking short cuts is the same as finding a better way. In the final analysis, all you end up with is something different, and it probably is not as good as the original.

In the 1950s, famed endocrinologist, Dr. A.T.W. Simeons established the hCG diet while working in a third world country at the time. He observed that malnourished women gave birth to healthy newborns. His scientific observation led him to discover that a hormone called human Chorionic Gonadotropin was the start of this experience.

The same methods determined by Dr. Simeons over 50 years ago, is pretty much the same today. Of course, there have been some minor changes made based upon advances in science, medicine or nutrition. It is immutable that the best form of administration of the hormone is by low dose injections once in the morning. This is advantageous as it allows the hormone to be released directly into the bloodstream. Nasal sprays are not capable of releasing the same amounts into the bloodstream. Thus it serves to understand that if something has worked so well for over 50 years, why would one consider changing to something that is not as effective.

When we compare human Chorionic Gonadotropin injections versus nasal spray, the first thing that stands out is the protocol. Nasal spray levels and body absorption of hCG via nasal passages is noticeably decreased from the protocol for hCG injection. The hCG injection protocol is around 23-28 days, depending on the specifics of your protocol. However, for nasal spray, the protocol is on a 44-day cycle.

One also has to consider the side effects. There is an additional side effect noticed with the nasal spray that does not seem as apparent with hCG injections. Nasal Sprays seem to report a higher incidence of mild headache, disorientation and increased urination.

Every single hCG injection is manufactured according to pharmaceutical specifications. Batches and lots are recorded and quality controlled. The dosages are exact and they are prescribed exactly as your doctor deems necessary for you. Dosages can vary based upon body types, metabolism and overall physical condition.

It was no accident that Dr. Simeons was resolute about hCG injections being the safest and most reliable method of administration of the hCG hormone. This was not done on a whim, but based upon scientific determination. The diet was designed to bring on rapid and healthy weight loss. Thus, there is no reason to extend that process as is necessary with Nasal Sprays.

In conclusion, the hCG injection diet is the fastest and the safest way to lose weight in a healthy manner, as well as under the supervision of a physician. When you consider all the alternatives the decision is an easy one to make. Do your best, keep learning and keep losing weight.
