This is the same extract that is known to increase the levels of serotonin in the body and indirectly result in decreased cravings and hunger pangs overall.

Clinical research actually supports the connection between this extract and increased serotonin levels. Aside from that, there are also other benefits that come from saffron extract.

Overtime, with the combination of other methods, the fat will begin to burn off. While research is still being done on saffron, it has been proven in various studies that it does decrease appetite and is one of the best ways to burn fat. However, saffron supplements can have side effects, so they are best used in moderation.
