Beware of the Phone

Keep your phone out of reach while you are at your weight loss exercises, and keep a towel, some water, a clock and anything else you will need throughout your workout, close at hand. You don't want to be regularly returning and forth during your weight loss exercise in the house. That will just distract you and disturb your rhythm.
