A lot of people at some point wish to be thinner. Some would go as far as starving oneself just to make sure he or she no longer gets additional fats. And when that process fails, the more one succumbs to despair accompanied by unmindful eating.

Reducing it requires effort and time. Effort to live a healthy lifestyle and time to take care of yourself. But because of all the responsibilities that we have both to our family and our work, we tend to sacrifice the time that we should be spending for ourselves.
